For the last World Cup, India made this really nostalgic song with all of the Indian media figures and making every sore throat to sing. It gave us goose bumps and we sure did kick some ass until almost the end. So what if we didn’t get the cup, we won the most important match, didn’t we! This year, the craze is back and the film kingdom are not going to be sitting still. As in patent with Bollywood to hype up every year, this year has the dhamaka deal with (no applauding the right guesses) Bachchan saab.
Amitabh Bachchan is set to sing a song inspiring the cricketeers and wishing them luck and the normal jazz. To adorn the sets, a few more of the celebrity jing pang will be present in the video like Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher and few more. This happens every time, each one bettering the last but how come our dudes don’t play as well. What more inspiration and encouragement can we, as Indians, provide other than entertainment and Bollywood? They are even intermingling the two with specimens from either category going into the other. Like, cricketeers getting into cinema and the cinema babes getting into the formers lives. It’s all one big glam drama. No wonder the Aussies smirk at us and West Indians guffaw and the New Zelanders scorn.
